Find the conversion ratio: K=10*X/U. X is the number of speedometer cable revs every 10 wheel revs: unscrew the cable from the instrument, make 10 wheel revs and count the turns of the inner steel cable. U is the circumference of the wheel in cm: measure it with a tape or measure the development on the ground.
